In this 6 week series, we will be exploring the foundations of practice upon which you can build and grow. It is perfect for absolute beginners as well as anyone who wants a refresher or who is “beginning again”.
This series will include:
+ Asana (physical postures or shapes)
+ How to breathe in Asana
+ Pranayama (seated breathwork)
+ Meditation & Self Reflection
+ Intro to the 8 Limbs of Yoga
++Anything else we explore will be decided by the interests of the group. Think about what you would like to learn and we’ll talk about it in class!
