Common questions about Zoom classes:
Q: Will people be able to see me?
A: Only if you want them to. You can have your camera on or off. Either way, at the beginning of class we ask everyone to switch to “Active Speaker” and that way, the only person you see is the teacher. If you have your camera on, the teacher will be able to give cues based on what they see, but it is always your choice.
Q: What if I have limitations and/or injuries?
A: We’ll help you adapt your practice and we give lots of options. You can let the instructor know what is going on with at the beginning of class or by calling or emailing prior to class.
Q: I’m nervous about using technology. Can someone walk me through it?
A: YES! Give Laura a call and she will walk you through it and answer any other questions you may have (509)429-1260
+ Just like our in-studio classes, we ask you what you need before class begins and then build and adapt the practice based on your individual needs. Our Zoom classes are a beautiful way to not only connect with and care for yourself, they also provide connection with others and this time with community is so important to our wellbeing!
