✨Join us for a Sunday of Sound, Manifestation & Connection✨
We’ll start with gentle movement, deep breathing and intention setting followed by a nourishing Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls and the Harmonium.

A guided creative experience of making your own vision board to set the tone for what you want to invite into your life as we move into spring! Seed planting if you will!
*To keep things accessible, we have created an option for you to attend just the sound bath or the sound bath + vision boards! Pass options below.
We will provide all supplies for the vision boards + tea & light snacks.
What to bring:
✨ Any magazines that inspire you or photos you want to include in your vision board.
✨ Anything that will help you feel safe & comfortable during the sound bath.
