In this 3 hour beginner workshop we will dip our toes into the basic foundations of practice upon which you can build and grow. It is perfect for absolute beginners as well as anyone who wants a refresher or who is “beginning again”.

This workshop will include:
+ Basic Asanas (physical postures or shapes) - Adaptations will be lovingly given!
+ How to breathe in Asana
+ Pranayama (seated breathwork)
+ Meditation & Self Reflection
++Anything else we explore will be decided by the interests of the group. Think about what you would like to learn and we’ll talk about it in class!
