Join us for an Integrated Sound Journey & Lunar Attunement to mark the first Full Moon of 2026!
Cultivate a deeper connection with the cycles of the moon & your own inner cycles. All set to the deep healing sounds of crystal singing bowls + the harmonium. These integrated practices are held on or as close as we can get to the New and Full moon of each month.
What to expect:

What to bring:
+Your beautiful self + your friends!
+Your own mat if you have one (we have them for you too), blanket and anything else you need to be cozy for the sound bath. Think “cozy nest” 😌
+An eye mask or eye pillow if that is something you like or need.
+A journal if you want to write down your reflections & intentions while they are fresh.
